The quality policy of Geokon-Zagreb d.d. (GEOKON) is an integral part of its business policy, driven by the fundamental aim of achieving the expected level of client satisfaction while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. In doing so, we have identified and secured the resources necessary to deliver our services and to meet the needs of other interested parties\u2014employees, suppliers, society, and owners. Through this quality policy, we have created the opportunity for continuous improvement in business quality by adopting a systematic management approach focused on identifying, understanding, and managing a system of interconnected processes.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a documented quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the HRN EN ISO 9001:2015 standard,<\/li>\n
  • appointment of a Management Representative for quality, vested with the authority to oversee, evaluate, and plan improvements to the quality management system, and<\/li>\n
  • communication within the company regarding the importance of meeting client requirements and legal regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
