Geokon-Zagreb owns its own office building in Zagreb with an area of approximately 900 m².

Today, Geokon-Zagreb d.d. comprises a team of 50 employees with diverse professional backgrounds. Among them are 29 employees with university-level qualifications, 2 with higher vocational qualifications, and 19 with secondary education, thereby ensuring expert, high-quality support at all stages of project implementation.
Geokon employs Prof. Leo Matešić, PhD, a qualified civil engineer.
As a member of the Croatian Standards Institute (HZN), the company encourages its employees to participate in the standardization of products and services in the construction sector through active involvement in technical committees and subcommittees.
Workstations are equipped with modern computer hardware (38 desktop computers and 21 laptops), and network connectivity is provided by two rack-mounted servers and four file servers. Other IT equipment used in operations includes three A0 plotters, one A1 plotter, and two A3 color laser enterprise printer/scanners.
